Sally Shorthose is a highly accomplished Partner in the IP and Life Sciences Groups at Bird & Bird. Her professional background boasts a wealth of experience, having worked in-house for 11 years in the Life Sciences industry as Legal Director for Novartis, as well as Senior Legal Advisor for Syngenta, and external counsel as Partner (Head of IP) for Eversheds LLP, and Partner (Head of IP and IT) for Clyde & Co. Sally specializes in non-contentious work such as licensing and collaborations, along with regulatory work. She has worked with the largest companies to start-ups across her career. In addition, Sally leads the Bird & Bird Brexit advice group. Sally Shorthose's education includes a LlB Hons and Bachelor’s Degree, both in Law, with a 2:1 grade from The University of Manchester. She also attended Kings High School for Girls Warwick for High School.
