Rubens Benedik is a seasoned professional with over three decades of experience in managing companies from different industries. He has demonstrated his expertise in managing and professionalizing family businesses, as well as leading successful consultancy projects. Benedik has also spent 14 years as an executive in the financial and administrative fields. He holds a degree in Accounting and has completed several leadership and team management courses, as well as an Executive MBA in Administration from ITA/ESPM and a Program of Executive Development at Dom Cabral Fundation. Benedik is fluent in English and has a systematic, objective, and broad view in the development of diagnoses and action plans, including tax and financial aspects, retail and manufacturing processes, project management, and team management. He has a solid academic background and is currently the Managing Director of M2B Value Creation.
