Laura Stembridge is a mental health advocate and founder of InsideOut, a groundbreaking platform providing on-demand mental health therapy services as an employee benefit. With an outstanding background in event management and over a decade of experience as a consultant, Laura's expertise includes project management, change management, culture change, stakeholder engagement, and training and development. Laura's passion for mental health and wellness led her to complete an MSc in Physical Activity and Mental Health Development at University of Gloucestershire.
Prior to founding InsideOut, Laura served as managing consultant at i2a Consulting LLP and PA Consulting, working with a variety of clients in the pharmaceutical, government, leisure and tourism, and healthcare industries. She has also held positions such as Sport Development Manager at Tewkesbury Borough Council, Managing Director at Aqua Start Swim School, and Sport and Health Development Officer at University West of England.
