Shane P. Brady, MBA is an accomplished Chief Executive Officer and Principal, with a broad range of experience in the real estate industry. He holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Carleton University, and an MBA in Finance from LIU Post.

Before founding Resort Capital Group, Shane was the CEO and Principal of SPB Capital Advisors, where he built a reputation for his expertise in land investments. Prior to that, he served as the Senior Vice President and Partner at Tribec Developers Inc.

Shane is an advocate of generosity and believes in the principles espoused in the Proverbs, "One man gives freely, yet gains even more; another withholds unduly, but comes to poverty", and "A generous man will prosper; he who refreshes others will himself be refreshed." He has a great interest in intelligent, energetic, and integrity-driven teams and individuals, as per the advice of Warren Buffett.

Land investments have been a key focus of his career, and he agrees with John D. Rockefeller that some of the major fortunes created are due to land investments.
