Yana Rachovska
Yana Rachovska is a licensed architect with over 10 years of experience in the field. She graduated from Cornell University with a B.Arch in Architecture and has since worked with various architectural firms such as Moed de Armas & Shannon Architects, Urbahn Architects, and currently with Gensler in Los Angeles. While working on the One Westside project, she led the construction administration process, a testament to her detailed and comprehensive approach to project management.
Yana has been involved in various high-profile renovation projects in Los Angeles, which include the US Bank Lobby and Observation Deck, the Herald Examiner Building, and the coordination and detail development effort of the classroom spaces for UCLA Anderson. She also played an integral part in designing the exterior envelope and landscape of a major ground-up office building on the Park Place campus.
Apart from her design expertise, Yana is passionate about innovation and teamwork. She is part of the office Design Technology leadership and organizes the All Staff's for her studio. She also leads the Summer Intern Committee and participates in recruiting, interviewing, and running the student intern program. Her love for travel, dogs, and candy makes her a fun and approachable person outside of work.
