Alicia Navarrette is a collaborative design professional based in Portland, Oregon. With a passion for aesthetics, mechanics, and emotional connections, Alicia's expertise lies in strategy and creative generalism. She has a Master of Fine Arts in Collaborative Design from Pacific Northwest College of Art and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Studio Practices from Portland State University. Alicia has an extensive background, having previously worked as a Design Director at SESH Creative and as a Design Thinking Professor at Portland State University. She has also worked as a Cannabis Futurist at Cheechable, a Principal Consultant at IRBN, a Communications Director at Portland Open Studios, and a Marketing Strategist at Breeze Block Gallery, among others.

As an Artist Experience Designer at Portland Institute for Contemporary Art, Alicia utilized her expertise to enhance the quality of lives and the environment. As a Merchandise Marketing and Sales professional at Mike Thrasher Presents, she developed strong business acumen, which she applied in subsequent roles and collaborations. In her role as an Office Coordinator at Dunn Carney Allen Higgins & Tongue LLP, she developed strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
