Matthew advises a wide range of clients from multinational public companies to closely held businesses in structuring and executing various transactions. He also offers counsel on corporate governance, business formation, financing, and sales. With a background in drafting commercial agreements, his expertise extends to clients in marketing communications, media, and technology sectors. Prior to joining Davis & Gilbert, Matthew worked at O'Melveny & Myers LLP.
