Dan Dionne, MBA is a seasoned Director of Sales at CarGurus, an online automotive marketplace. He has contributed to the exponential growth of the company by empowering, motivating, and challenging his teams to operate like their own businesses. With over a decade of experience in sales and management, Dan has honed his skills in sales training, coaching, and consultative strategies.

Dan's journey at CarGurus began as a Dealer Account Specialist for inbound sales, and he has since held various roles in the independent and franchise dealership teams. He leverages his experience to create processes, training materials, and strategies that drive team development and contribute to overall company growth.

Before joining CarGurus, Dan worked at Brookstone, where he served as a buyer and associate buyer for different product categories. He also worked as an account executive at One Communications, promotions coordinator at Meadowbrook U.S. Cellular Pavilion and assistant groundskeeper at Nashua Parks and Recreation.

Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with a minor in computer science from Endicott College and an MBA from the Van Loan School of Professional Studies at Endicott College.
