Dan McGroarty is a seasoned consultant who has been providing expert advice to various industries for over a decade. He has consulted for both Fortune 50 firms and startup companies, and worked with clients from the defense, telecommunications, airlines, travel, pharmaceuticals, and financial services sector. Dan is also the principal of American Resource Policy Network, a think tank that focuses on resource development. He has given testimony on critical metals issues to the U.S. House Sub-Committee on Energy & Mineral Resources, and the U.S. House Sub-Committee on Science, Space & Technology. Dan is the senior advisor to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce/International Division, and has served as Director and President of publicly-traded U.S. Rare Earths. Dan frequently speaks on rare earths and strategic and critical metals issues, both in conferences across the U.S., Canada, and China, as well as in television, radio and print interviews. Prior to his consultancy work, Dan held high-ranking positions in the U.S. government, serving as Special Assistant to the President in the White House and as presidential appointee to two Secretaries of Defense. Dan has an educational background in political science and government from Boston College and George Washington University, respectively.
