Brad Turner is an experienced consultant specializing in revenue growth and value creation for private-equity owned mid-market enterprise software, information services, and tech-enabled business services. With a deep toolkit developed from his experience in consulting (former Bain), private equity operations, and hands-on executive roles, Brad can quickly identify and execute growth initiatives to unlock value for his clients.

As a former CRO and GM, Brad works closely with management teams to install the talent, processes, and systems needed to support growth. He has a particular focus on using KPIs to support transparency with PE sponsors and engages heavily in buy-and-build strategy companies, developing commercial integration plans both pre and post-acquisition. Brad has expertise in commercial (sales and marketing) leadership and transformation, P&L leadership, value creation planning and transformation office, merger integration, Salesforce integration, process improvement, B2B sales, revenue operations, and talent assessment and recruiting.

Brad holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and an MS in Commerce from the University of Virginia. He has held various leadership positions in well-known companies such as Access Information Management, IHS, Berkshire Partners, Harris Corporation, and Bain & Company.
