Tari Pelaez is a talented design manager with a wealth of expertise in the field of modern interior design. An alumnus of Florida International University, Pelaez holds both a bachelor's degree and a Master of Arts in Design. She has held several key positions throughout her career, including Senior Interior Designer and Interior Design Discipline Lead at Wework, Senior Designer at Studio O+A, and Designer at Gensler. Pelaez has also served as a graduate teaching assistant at Florida International University and worked as a design assistant at several other firms, honing her skills in the industry. As Design Manager at Wework, Pelaez continues to innovate and develop new techniques and methods to create stunning, modern workspaces.
