Throughout his career, he has excelled at improving retail networks, increasing revenue, and reducing churn out. Kumar has worked for several renowned companies, including TVS Motor Company, AMCO Batteries, Dunlop, Panasonic Battery & UPS, Sify Technologies Limited, Exide Industries Limited, Valvoline Cummins Ltd, GopalJee Dairy, and Ceasefire Industries Pvt Ltd.

His biggest achievements include increasing the retail network from 150 to 6000 for AMCO and bringing the outstanding to zero by collecting old outstanding of 6.55 crores. Kumar has also supervised tractor battery business development and executed Go-to-Market strategies (GTM) for pan-India. Moreover, he has appointed distributors for GAP areas, overshot his target by 20%, and launched PCR & LCV for Dunlop.
