Mark Turpin

Mark Turpin is the Chief Executive Officer and Founding Partner of The HT Group, a dedicated group of management consulting, staffing, and recruiting professionals who aim to improve lives through connecting people.

Turpin's career in the industry began as an onsite temporary staffing coordinator at Apple Computer in Austin, Texas. He excelled in his role and was honored as the top national sales representative for professional placement in 1998 and 1999.

As the CEO of The HT Group, Turpin leads operations to ensure the delivery of cost-effective, high-value, and low-risk staffing solutions for clients across traditional, professional, and technical sectors.

Living in Austin, Turpin actively participates in various local professional organizations, including the Austin Independent Business Alliance and the Austin Chamber of Commerce. He has held leadership positions on the Board of Directors for organizations such as the Capital City Association of Personnel Consultants and the Texas Association of Business.

With a background in executive recruiting and experience in organizations like Adecco and EA, Inc., Turpin brings a wealth of expertise to The HT Group's divisions, which cover areas such as traditional staffing, executive recruiting, technical staffing, and dedicated search solutions.

Turpin's educational background includes studies at West Orange-Stark and The University of Texas at Austin, providing him with a strong foundation for his professional endeavors.
