Ryan Blair is a business development expert, startup coach, and former industrial engineer with a diverse background in various industries. Blair attended Texas A&M University where he received a B.S. in Industrial Engineering, and later completed his M.A. in Management (MBA) at Universiti Sains Malaysia. He began his career as an industrial engineer at Guardian Industries before moving on to work for various companies in roles such as corporate performance analyst, director of business development, and managing director. Blair also worked as a project consultant and program director, focusing on community development and mutual respect initiatives. He is currently the director of business development at The Batik Boutique and previously worked as a startup coach at Proficeo Consultants Sdn Bhd.
