Frances has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Comparative Literature, English, and Spanish from UC Santa Barbara and has studied Spanish Language and Comparative Literature at Universidad de Granada, Spain.

Before founding Camino5 Agency, Frances worked as a Cohort Advisor for Consumer Experience + Brand at Expert Dojo, where she provided guidance and mentorship to startups. She also served as the Managing Director at PDQ Agency, LLC and as an Advisor for CX + Digital Operations at StarNews Mobile. Additionally, Frances has held senior-level roles at Warner Music Group, Pepperdine University, Giant Interactive, Nuevo5, 65 Media, Pharmavite, CBS Radio, and Dos Cabezas Design.

Throughout her career, Frances has developed a wealth of knowledge in digital marketing, project management, brand strategy, and consumer experience.
