With years of experience in the recruitment industry, Nitha understands the challenges of finding the right recruiter for specific roles, which is why she created iMaven as a simple marketplace that introduces a competitive environment to recruiters, leading to the best value and fees. Prior to founding iMaven, Nitha worked as a business coach and consultant in various roles, including Director at Mums4Hire, Synergy Placements, and Hays, where she gained expertise in network infrastructure, VoIP, security, WAN optimization, executive recruitment, and business development. Nitha studied Bachelor of Psychology at CQUniversity and currently oversees the operational and product development aspects of iMaven.
