At SparkPost, he led the email software business, oversaw corporate development, and managed business operations as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Joal's expertise in intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and technology licensing has helped him drive sustainable growth and international expansion for the organizations he has worked with.
