Portfolio management of VAS products in the region as part of the mobile and fixed business of OJSC "MTS" in the territory of the Southern Russia;
Achieving leadership by revenues from data services in the mobile market of the South of Russia;

Adaptation of business processes in the merged subsidiaries, including JSC "COMSTAR-Regions" in terms of the commercial unit functional as well as unification of products and services portfolio.
Coordination of the project to bring the message of values MTS brand in South Macro-region among employees.

The main efforts were focused on building a set of value added services, some of them were firstly introduced to the Russian customers. My team supported the launch of services in the field of mobile data and messaging and content. As a part of company's communication strategy we have developed a set of communication channels for the WEB, interactive hotlines for customer service and HR. Being first adopters for many telecom technology we have conducted series of VAS RoadShow for promoting new services among customers of mass and business markets.

Impressive grows of customer base has forced to build a full functional call center. My main responsibilities at this position was a development of a interactive framework, IVR structure, GUI design for the call center staff, information support.
We have developed and introduced educational procedures with an aim to help new and existing employees learn and classify information about company's products and services.

Set of KPI of customer service was also developed and introduced.

Being a student at this institution I was asked to help in the process of development of international connections of the Southern Institute of Management based on my previous experience as an international student and skills gained during my internships in international company. Main fields of my job: 1. Building info-communication system that will support educational process and managing function; 2. Participation in the process of adoption of best foreign practices of Business Education to Russian educational standards. As part of this process was developed a distance learning system and web-site.
