Sergey Sevryukov has built an impressive 18-year career in management, with extensive experience in top positions overseeing teams of up to 500 employees. His banking expertise spans corporate, investment, retail, and SME areas, including treasury, securities, and liquidity management, as well as fiduciary and corporate deals. Sergey has also developed strong relationships with governmental and industry bodies. He has overseen licensing and back-to-back, LBO, ABL, PPP, M&A, margin/project/object financing also for complex deals, process optimization/re-engineering, industrial audit and certification (ISO, OHSAS), and due diligence, external audit/forensic, and valuation. He has studied economist, applied mathematics, with honours at Ural State Technical University - UPI. Sergey currently serves as Managing Partner at ZAMOROZKA.PRO, after holding executive positions at Investbank and Grancombank, JSCB.
