Victor Alexeev is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in IT, finance, logistics, and construction. He studied Computer systems & networks at Saint-Petersburg State Polytechnical University, where he gained a solid understanding of network architecture, security, and systems administration. Additionally, he pursued a degree in law and jurisprudence at Saint-Petersburg University of MIA of Russia, which enhanced his communication skills and legal expertise.

Alexeev has worked in various senior positions across different industries, from CISO at JSC «Pervobank» to IT Director at The Federal Customs Service. He served as IT Director (CIO) at JSC «Mostostroy №6», where he optimized systems, streamlined processes, and reduced IT costs. Furthermore, he was appointed as Director of IT at OOO "Alfa" group of companies "logistics - transport," where he developed robust systems for supply chain management and logistics, enhancing overall operational efficiency.

In his stint at OOO "Инженерная компания "555"," Alexeev served as Deputy Director-General, where he restructured the organization chart, optimized finances and resources and developed a solid IT team using ITIL frameworks. Besides, he created DLP, SKUD initiatives and established systems for videos observing, enhancing employee productivity and security.

Alexeev's entrepreneurial skills led him to co-found OOO "Aeropoisk," an aggregator platform for cargo aviation transportation, where he performed all tasks from concept development to finding clients. He is a master in SEO and SMM and has experience in website promotion in Yandex search engines.
