Roman Konev is an experienced and self-motivated project manager, art director, and UI/UX designer with over a decade of experience. He is an expert in Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum/Kanban and waterfall processes. With a passion for visual culture and design systems, he has led projects from inception to final delivery while training and motivating team members. Roman is empathetic, proactive, stress-tolerant, open to responsibility, and enjoys engaging in sports. His areas of expertise include analytics, planning, negotiation, conflict resolution, and visual design using Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere.
