Highlights: - When asked to lead the revenue team with our Engineering Manager in July 2016, we were the #17 ranked app in the world. Within a year, Tinder became #1 top grossing app in the world. - Market cap of MTCH has increased by $10b+ since the release of Tinder Gold. - Built Tinder Gold, a brand new subscription tier for Tinder - now live for the entire world. Developed idea from start to finish & became the #1 top grossing app in the world after release. - Started the first growth team at Tinder with Alex Ross (EM). PM for "Recommend To A Friend" growth/engagement product. - Built Top Picks, our newest Tinder Gold subscription product released in Q2 2018. Joined Zaarly 2 weeks after the company started as a member of the founding team. - Drive A/B testing programs for new ad products and channels to maximize acquisition efforts and return. - Partner with product team to identify product features that improve customer acquisition and retention. - Source, evaluate, and test new user acquisition channels. - Manage and optimize marketing campaigns, focusing on revenue generation and user sign-ups via AdWords and Facebook. - Manage day-to-day campaign operations with 3rd party ad networks including AdRoll and Facebook. Growth (Mar 2011 - Mar 2013) - With our engineering team, designed new payments flow for Zaarly Anywhere that incentivized customers to pay on our platform instead of using cash. - Launched the Zaarly Anywhere affiliate marketing program in partnership with Los Angeles Times, Everyday Health, The Fancy, Cookstr and Remodelaholic, generating more than 5 million monthly page views and 25 million monthly advertising impressions.
