Wilson pursued his education at Faculdade Impacta Tecnologia, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems. Later, he continued his academic journey by completing an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management at FGV.

Throughout his career, Wilson Tayar has held various key roles in prestigious organizations. He currently holds the position of Partner & CTO at Tera. Previously, he co-founded Ensinando Bitcoin and held leadership positions like Head Of Technology at Minha Vida. Additionally, Wilson has extensive experience as a Software Developer at Minha Vida, Mercer, and as a Software Development Intern at Mercer. He also showcased his skills as a Software Developer during his time being self-employed.
