Tessa van Rens is an accomplished individual with a strong academic background and a diverse range of professional experiences.
Tessa holds a Master of Arts (MA) in Legal and Political Theory from UCL, where she graduated with Distinction (Cum laude). She also pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Law, Politics, Philosophy at University College Utrecht, achieving First/distinction (Cum laude). Additionally, she completed a multidisciplinary Bachelor in de Rechten, Rechtsgeleerdheid at Universiteit Utrecht.
Throughout her career, Tessa has been actively involved in various organizations, showcasing her skills and expertise in different roles. She worked as a Researcher and fundraiser at Build Up ^, and previously held positions such as Researcher at Demos, Communications and Outreach Assistant at Unlock Democracy, Assistant Producer at The Institute of Art and Ideas, Intern Advisory Council of International Affairs at Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken, Project manager and junior event coordinator at International Debate Education Association, and Juridisch medewerker at Nederlandse Spoorwegen.
