Stuart holds a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Technology & Business Studies from the University of Strathclyde. He has also completed studies in Wilderness Leadership at Lake Tahoe Community College and has earned several certifications related to emergency medical services and avalanche education.24

Outside of his professional commitments, Stuart enjoys various outdoor activities including gardening, backpacking, kayaking, and fishing. He is also known for his involvement in community engagement initiatives within Lake Tahoe.13
