Shreenivas Chetlapalli is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in strategic areas such as Innovation Management, M&A, and Global Alliances Management.

Currently, Shreenivas holds the position of Function Head (Associate Vice President) at Tech Mahindra Ltd, where he is responsible for setting up Makers Lab (Tech M Innovation Center of Excellence) globally and fostering a culture of innovation within the organization.

His role entails creating an Innovation ecosystem that includes collaborations with startups, universities, and industry partners, as well as leading Ideation and Intrapreneurship programs at Tech Mahindra.

Shreenivas Chetlapalli underwent his schooling at New English School in Miraj and pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electronics from Shivaji University.

Prior to his current position at Tech Mahindra, Shreenivas has held notable roles such as BDM at HCL Infinet, Business Consultant at GTL Limited, and BDM Pune at HCL Infinet.
