Peter Burgess is a Sales Process and Technology Consultant known for his expertise in helping sales teams optimize their processes and utilize technology to effectively manage customer relationships and follow-up opportunities.
With over 20 years of experience as a technologist, Peter has a background as a technical architect, designer, and process consultant. In 2008, he established Olivitek Software, offering IT consulting and custom development services in Victoria, Australia, and later in 2019 launched Process Culture, his sales process consulting brand.
Peter Burgess holds a Master's Degree in Information Technology from Heriot-Watt University with Distinction, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with First Class Honours from The University of Stirling.
Throughout his career, Peter has held key roles in various organizations, including founding Process Culture and serving as a Senior Consultant at Charlie Mac and Associates. He also worked in technical and consulting positions at companies like Olivitek Software Pty Ltd, ceefo, John Wiley and Sons, Monitise, base2Services, Unisys, Majitek, Department of Transport in Victoria, RMIT University, Adaptive International, TietoEnator Software Technologies Pvt. Ltd., IBM, and Nokia Networks.
