Mckeever E. (Mac) Conwell, 2nd, is an accomplished entrepreneur and computer scientist hailing from Baltimore. Conwell began his professional journey at just 19 years old when he joined a co-op program with the Department of Defense, earning Top Secret Security Clearance in the process. From there, he went on to work as a government contractor, developing software in multiple languages for esteemed organizations such as Northrop Grumman and Booz | Allen | Hamilton. Conwell's first startup, Given.to, proved to be a massive success, with his team completing two accelerators before selling the technology in 2014. Since then, he founded RedBerry and managed to land a spot in the Dreamit Ventures Accelerator in Philadelphia.
Throughout his career, Conwell has been featured in several media outlets such as USA Today, Washington Post, BET, CNN Headline News, and Black Enterprise. Today, Conwell is the Deal Team Coordinator at TEDCO, where he applies his invaluable experience from both the public and private sectors to ensure the coordination of all stages of new deals brought into the company.
