Lola Simmons

Lola Simmons is a professional with a diverse background in finance and administration, having worked across various fields throughout her career.

She started as an Administrative Assistant for a non-profit organization and has steadily progressed to the role of Financial Officer at a research institute, where she is responsible for budget development and implementation, as well as managing teams of employees and volunteers.

Originally from the east coast, Lola has been residing in San Diego for the past three years. In her leisure time, she is passionate about dancing styles like Latin, square, and country, and enjoys attending jazz performances. Lola also actively volunteers for phone banks and conferences.

Her previous positions include serving as the Director of Finance and Administration at WTRI and as the Administrative Director at Empire State Pride Agenda.
