Jussi Laakkonen is a seasoned business leader with a background in technology and entrepreneurship.
Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President at Unity Technologies, Everyplay & Ads, where he oversaw significant growth in Unity Ads business from 2014 to 2016, achieving gross revenue in the range of several hundred million euros.
As the CEO and founder of Applifier, which was acquired by Unity in 2014, Jussi led the company in developing and expanding products such as Everyplay, GameAds, and Applifier cross-promotion network, which collectively reached over 250 million monthly active users in under 10 months.
Beyond his work in the tech industry, Jussi is also known for his role as the co-founder and former main organizer of ASSEMBLY Organizing, a prominent computer festival in Helsinki, Finland, that has been running since 1992.
With a background in computer science and business, having studied at Aalto University, Jussi Laakkonen is recognized as an incurable entrepreneur, driven product maker, and technology optimist.
He is currently the CEO and co-founder of Noice, and has held positions as a board member, investor, and advisor at Positive Learning Ltd, as well as a member of the Board of Directors at Remedy Entertainment.
