Harley Emery

Harley Emery is a passionate GIS practitioner and social impact tech entrepreneur with expertise in global conflict, population displacement, and Arabic.

With a Bachelor's degree in International Studies focusing on Geography (GIS track), Political Science, and Arabic from the University of Oregon, Harley has a strong academic background.

Harley has worked as a Geographic Information Systems Consultant at IOM - UN Migration and co-founded Averto, showcasing skills in GIS technologies, cartography, geographic data analysis, GIS software, Microsoft products, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Prior to these roles, Harley Emery has experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Oregon Department of Geography, held the title of Miss Oregon at The Miss America Organization, and engaged as a Virtual Student in Foreign Service Intern at the U.S. Department of State.
