Firdaus Rahman

Firdaus Farhan Abdul Rahman is an accomplished professional with a strong background in credit card services, account opening, and business process improvements.

With over 7 years of experience at HSBC, he specialized in Credit Card and Account Opening within a Shared Service setup.

Firdaus started his career at Sime Darby as a consultant, enhancing the Group Purchasing Card program, before transitioning to oversee business process enhancements and automation initiatives across the organization.

He delved into Robotics Process Automation in early 2016, employing RPA solutions to automate various business processes and developing robots using Kofax Kapow.

Currently serving as a Senior Associate at KPMG Malaysia, Firdaus is actively engaged in robot development for Proof of Concept (POC) and client demonstrations, both internally and externally. Firdaus is a certified UiPath Foundation RPA developer.

Academically, Firdaus studied A Level in Nature Sciences at Malacca Matriculation College, achieving a notable grade of 2.22.
