    Fernando's recent focus has been on advising clients in various industries such as energy, chemical, ports, medical devices, automotive, and auto parts on navigating criminal exposure in the U.S. resulting from investigations in Argentina and different regions of Brazil, including the high-profile Car Wash (Lava Jato) inquiry.

    He is actively involved in a multimillion-dollar International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) arbitration case centered on take-or-pay agreements governed by Brazilian and Swiss laws, showcasing his expertise in international legal matters.

    Fernando is a member of the Brazilian Institute of Defense to the Right of Defense (IDDD), emphasizing his commitment to legal advocacy and the advancement of the Brazilian criminal justice system.
