Kirill Krinkin is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in computer networks, software engineering, mathematics, physics, and computer science. He holds a Ph.D. from Saint Petersburg State Electrotechnical University "LETI" and a degree in Software Engineering from Komsomolsk-on-Amur State Technical University (KnASTU).

Mr. Krinkin has held multiple leadership positions throughout his career, including Vice-Rector for Digital Transformation and CEO at Popov's Institute for Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, and Communications at Saint Petersburg State Electrotechnical University "LETI." He was also the former Head of the Department of Software Engineering and Computer Applications at the same university.

Among his notable achievements, Kirill Krinkin served as the Leader of the Open Source Linux Laboratory - OSLL, and the Head of Lab on Mobile Robot Algorithms at JetBrains Research. He was also a Visiting Professor at SATTI at Samsung Electronics and an Associated Professor, Computer Science Faculty at Saint Petersburg State Electrotechnical University "LETI."
