Hiroaki Asano, the founder of PieceX, a one-of-a-kind AI-enabled source code trading platform, has an impressive entrepreneurial background, spanning many years and industries. He earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Kushiro Public University in Japan and studied in depth during a language-intensive period at the Osaka Industrial University campus in Los Angeles.
After college, Asano spent several years with Keysence, primarily in sales and management, where he was regarded as one of the top performers in their industries. As a result, he was recognized as the highest-ranking leader in the Kinki Hokuriku leadership assessment and ranked fourth in national sales performance.
In 2010 he founded Act Marriage, a startup specializing in providing bridal information services in Japan. In addition to developing this company, he pursued a career in consulting as well, working for an independent consulting firm that provided executive-level management consulting services. During this time, Asano also served as the head of business development at an IT startup, where he founded and led the Tokyo division that grew from 0 to 50 employees in a year and a half, with Asano at the helm.
In 2013, he founded One Act Inc., a Japanese-based ICT venture. The company's primary focus is to develop cutting-edge technological solutions, including PieceX, the world's first source-code trading platform that employs AI. As the founder and CEO of PieceX, his platform is now operating worldwide, with users in over 220 countries accessing the unique solution.
