Emily Foote

Emily Foote is an accomplished individual with a diverse educational background and extensive professional experience in the fields of social work, healthcare, nonprofit management, and public administration.

She holds a Master's degree in Social Work with specializations in Public & Nonprofit Management and Social Enterprise Administration from Columbia University, where she also participated in the Management Fellow program. Furthermore, she completed her Bachelor of Arts in History and Writing & Rhetoric at Trinity College-Hartford.

Emily has held various impactful roles in esteemed organizations, including NYC Health + Hospitals where she served as the Senior Director of Social Determinants of Health, Transformation Officer/Associate Director, and DSRIP Facility Implementation Director/Sr Project Manager. She also contributed to the National Association of Social Workers - NYC Chapter as an Assistant Director and Program Manager in Policy & Communications. Additionally, she gained experience as a Graduate Student Intern at the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs, Executive Assistant to the CEO at groSolar, Core Campaign Staffer at Matt Dunne for Vermont, and Managing Editor at Chelsea Green Publishing.
