Elaine Rashbrook
Consultant Specialist, Life Course. Lead for Healthy Ageing
Elaine Rashbrook is an Executive Coach (ILM 7) with a specialization in the Civil Service and has a wealth of experience as a Public Health professional at local, national, and international levels.
She holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Health Promotion from King's College London, University of London, where she achieved a Merit. She also completed a Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion/Education and Community Studies with a First-Class honor at the University of East London.
Elaine has held various key positions in distinguished organizations in the public health sector. She currently serves as a Consultant Specialist for Life Course and leads the Healthy Ageing initiative at the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities, Department of Health and Social Care.
Prior to her current role, Elaine Rashbrook served as the National Lead for Lifecourse, Adults, and Older Adults at Public Health England. She also held the position of National Lead for Older People & Non-Communicable Diseases on a global scale within the same organization. Additionally, she worked as the National Lead for Older People and as a Public Health Consultant at Public Health England.
Elaine's career trajectory includes roles such as Public Health Consultant at NHS City and Hackney, Acting Joint Director of Public Health at NHS Havering, Head of Health Improvement at Havering PCT, and Public Health Specialist at Havering PCT. She has also contributed significantly in her capacity as the Healthy Schools Co-ordinator at Essex County Council and Falls Prevention Co-ordinator at Romford PCG.
