Reactor is in the business of entrepreneurial education for youth. We aim to cultivate the Singapore's very own homegrown world-changing founders. We have been in this space for the past few years, validating our ideas and pivoting through this period. With our curriculum crafted and direction validated, we are now looking to scale in a much bigger way to impact more youths. At Reactor, we understand the importance of education and we serve to supplement the current education system to nurture builders and problem solvers. And this mindset has to be developed from young.Reactor training (<a href="http://www.reactor.school">www.reactor.school</a>) delivers the latest in curriculum and pedagogy, hence we keep updated with the most cutting edge content and methodologies. We are currently using a blended learning approach (a mix of online collaborative resource learning and offline hands-on workshops) that has proven to be the most effective pedagogy. Every class will be supplemented by learning through use of tools, that we believe is the key to equipping our students with necessary skills. Peer learning and "Train the Trainers" programmes are also currently being implemented. In cultivating the entrepreneurial mindset, education is one of the arms that is necessary which led to the building of our co-home (working & living) incubation space, The Arc-II, and a Development Fund that we are building. NOC (NUS Overseas Colleges) Beijing is an entrepreneurship program exclusive to students of NUS that have undergone a through process of selection. As part of the program, students will intern at various start ups and take courses at 清华大学 (Tsinghua University) in Beijing. YEAN consists of the group of NOC students here in Beijing and aims to promote entrepreneurship amongst Singaporeans and Chinese.The NUS College in Beijing (NCBJ) is highly innovative and has a strong emphasis on entrepreneurship. Students get the opportunity to intern full-time with companies in Beijing while studying entrepreneurship-related at the highly prestigious School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University, in Beijing.NCBJ will play a key role in nurturing entrepreneurs who can engage with China.
