Syed Ali Ridha Madihid, an experienced logistics and supply chain professional, has made significant contributions to the eCommerce industry in Asia. Madihid's passion for logistics and operations started in his childhood when he accompanied his father to various warehouses in Singapore Airlines. With more than a decade of experience working with renowned industry giants such as Fujitsu PC Asia, YCH, Expeditors, SATS Cargo, Reebonz, and Zalora SEA, Madihid has gained vast knowledge and expertise in logistics and operations. In 2016, he founded iCommerce Asia, an end-to-end eCommerce supply chain provider that was later acquired by UrbanFox in March 2018. Afterwards, Madihid co-founded JANIO Asia, a cross-border eCommerce platform that aims to simplify Asia's logistics by establishing strategic partnerships with a wide network of quality service providers. He also established PT Dwitama Global Persada, a customs brokerage company operating in Indonesia and specializing in eCommerce.

Madihid has also served as an advisor in various companies such as Momentum Works and Vanig, where he shared his knowledge and insights regarding eCommerce, supply chain, and operations in Asia. Madihid's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) in Management from The University of Manchester. With his vast experience and expertise, Madihid supports other ventures in building up supply chain operations processes, particularly in cross-border solutions and eCommerce in Asia.
