    Brent Boehlert is a distinguished water resources engineer and economist with a primary focus on climate change adaptation and water resources planning.

    He provides consultancy services for a broad spectrum of clients including the World Bank, U.S. EPA, various Federal agencies, international donors, government ministries worldwide, and private sector entities.

    His academic background includes a PhD in Water Resources Engineering from Tufts University, Double Masters in Natural Resource Economics and Geography from Oregon State University, and an A.B. in Environmental Engineering from Dartmouth College.
