    Brad Meerholz is a seasoned brand architect, starting as a junior artist to later become an Agency partner in the Mid-Atlantic region by the age of 35.

    During his tenure at TBC, Brad spearheaded rebranding projects for a mix of local, national, and international clients with a combined annual revenue exceeding $10 billion at the time of launch.

    Notable accomplishments include leading the corporate rebrand for McCormick & Co., overseeing the design of branding, graphics, and experiential video content for McCormick's new global headquarters, and managing the production of over 100 pieces from artists worldwide.

    Brad's professional accolades include being recognized in the Baltimore Business Journal's '40 Under 40' Class of 2018, receiving an Award of Excellence in the Communication Arts 52nd Design Annual, and earning multiple ADDY awards.

    As a Partner, Senior Vice President, and Director of Design at TBC, Brad's client portfolio boasts renowned names such as the Wall Street Journal, Sears Canada, Dow Jones, Haribo, and Fujifilm, to name a few.

    His expertise lies in comprehensive and integrated design, showcasing a profound ability to translate a brand's core identity across various platforms, spanning from logomarks to digital implementations and all associated brand visual components.

    Beyond his professional endeavors, Brad is also a seven-time chili cook-off champion, a two-time participant in the Maryland State BBQ Bash, a former college football player, and an enthusiastic long-distance runner who has completed numerous half marathons along with a challenging full marathon.

    Having graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design from Shepherd University, Brad currently resides in Bel Air, MD, with his wife Jessica, children Caroline and Luke, and the family Goldendoodle Maisy.
