As the Chief Marketing Officer of Team Vitality, he created an entire department to handle Content, Communication, Social Media, Content creators and managed collaboration and ideation with top International brands like Adidas, Renault and Orange.

Before team Vitality, Florent was the International Head of gaming/esports marketing for Red Bull France and from 2015 globally, where he built and led the gaming/esports marketing strategy from scratch in 40+ countries. He established a team of 30+ gaming/esports managers, worked on 120+ event concepts, onboarded and worked with 40+ professional gamers and streamers like Ninja, OG, C9, Gotaga, Daigo (JP), Bonchan (JP), and ignited esports in 40+ countries.
