Amanda Weeks is the Co-Founder and CEO of Ambrosia, a startup dedicated to improving people's health and well-being through the use of plasma. Prior to founding Ambrosia, Amanda worked as the Manager of Digital Insights & Analytics at Mindshare, where she helped brands develop and execute digital marketing campaigns. She also co-founded Industrial/Organic, a company focused on creating sustainable and environmentally-friendly materials through biotechnology. Amanda's expertise in research and analytics has been honed through her work as a Senior Analyst at Cline Davis & Mann and as the Director of Research & Analytics at Kaplow Communications. Her experience in the arts world includes positions as a Gallery Assistant at Dactyl Foundation for the Arts and Humanities and as an Assistant Curator at York College Art Galleries.
