After completing his studies, Key embarked on an impressive career that has seen him work for some of the biggest names in tech. He started as a Software Engineer at Electronic Arts (EA) before moving to Microsoft, where he honed his craft further. Key then went on to co-found Etch Technologies and served as a Co-Founder before moving back into the tech space.

Key spent several years working as a Software Engineer and Software Engineering Manager at Facebook before joining Instagram in 2015 to work as a Software Engineer. His impressive output and dedication to the product saw him quickly rise through the ranks, eventually becoming a Software Engineering Manager at Instagram.
