Helen Quach is a Canadian-Chinese with a solid background in finance and marketing. She graduated from HEC Montréal with a Bachelor of Business Administration and gained experience from her time at National Bank Financial, working in equity capital markets and private placement specialist. She then pursued her Master of Business Administration (MBA) in luxury management from NEOMA Business School in Paris and an exchange program in Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. Recently, she acquired her MBA Diploma from MIP Politecnico di Milano with an exchange program in Neoma Paris Business school in luxury management.
Driven by her passion for the luxury field and digital marketing, Helen worked as a CRM Analyst at Hermès, where she implemented innovative strategies to improve and optimize Hermès' CRM program and marketing campaign. Currently, she works as a Paid Search Manager - Global CDO Precision Advertising at L'Oréal where she is responsible for being a Google Ads Media Performance Advisor for all markets and Google JBP Project Manager.
Helen is tri-lingual with proficiency in French, English, and Chinese. In addition, she has been perfecting her Italian language while residing in Milan, and she holds expertise in sales, CRM, consultancy, project management, client database analysis, marketing communication, digital marketing, paid search media, and market research. Helen is an analytical and strategic thinker, fast learner, results and business-oriented, and has a good team spirit merged with creativity.
