Andres Grisales

Andres Rico is a Colombian entrepreneur and the Founder & CEO of Two To Tango Inc., an AI-driven networking platform designed to facilitate meaningful business connections at conferences and trade shows. Based in Boston, Massachusetts, Rico has been recognized as a leading figure in the tech and events industries, including being named one of the Top 100 leaders in the events industry. His platform, Two To Tango, was part of the Techstars cohort in 2021 and has gained traction internationally for its innovative matchmaking algorithm that optimizes networking opportunities before, during, and after events.123

Rico's career spans multiple continents and industries. He has experience in venture capital, private equity, and business development. Before founding Two To Tango, he held senior roles at organizations like Proexport, where he facilitated foreign direct investment into Colombia, and Parkur Group, where he helped secure significant funding rounds and led successful business exits. He also served as a board member for ANDI's Startups Chapter and worked with iNNpulsa Colombia to support startup internationalization efforts.1

His educational background includes a BBA from Baruch College (City University of New York), an MBA from Vlerick Business School, and executive programs at Harvard University and the London School of Economics. Rico is also involved in philanthropic initiatives, including work with the East Bali Poverty Project and Junior Achievement in Latin America.1
