Andres Grisales

Andres Rico is an innovator and serial entrepreneur with a global background, having studied and worked in three continents for over a decade.

He is the Founder & CEO of Two to Tango, an advanced analytics networking platform for congresses and trade shows, recognized with the US State Department Startup Prize.

Andres holds a BA from the City University of New York, Vlerick MBA, Beijing International certificate, and is a London School of Economics VC & PE ambassador.

He actively serves as a board member in various organizations and has philanthropic experience with the East Bali Poverty Project in South East Asia and Junior Achievement in Latin America.

With an educational background that includes Harvard Executive Program in International Business, MBA from Vlerick Leuven-Gent Management School, and studies in Investment Valuation and Finance from leading universities, Andres has a strong foundation.

Andres Rico has held key roles in organizations like Founder & Head of Growth at Two To Tango Inc., Seed Investor & Investment Committee at Invictum Capital, and has been involved with prestigious bodies such as ANDI, ARAB COLOMBIAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, and iNNpulsa Colombia, among others.

His professional journey includes experiences in private equity, investment banking with institutions like KBC Bank, UBS Investment Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, and Merrill Lynch. Andres has also been a partner at MotorUSA.
