Just a week after applying, he was involved in software testing for the Reliance JIO Ecom Seller Central, where he contributed for over a year and gained vital industry knowledge.
In late 2016, Amit was given the opportunity to transition into sales at Moolya Testing, where he applied his expertise in software testing to sell testing services to startups. His efforts were met with immense success, leading to several lucrative projects that significantly impacted Moolya's revenue growth. In November 2017, he took on the leadership of a test team, guiding a group that initially consisted of over 20 members. Under Amit's leadership, the team adapted to evolving demands, successfully optimizing team dynamics to adjust to project needs.
By 2019, Moolya Testing faced challenges in talent acquisition to meet the growing demand for their services. Recognizing Amit's diverse skill set, the company appointed him to head Fulfilment, a critical area connecting sales and recruitment. In this role, Amit effectively collaborates with the sales team to understand client needs while working alongside the recruitment team to ensure Moolya has the right talent to fulfill project demands. His unique combination of experience in testing, sales, business management, and recruitment positions him excellently to bridge these essential functions, creating synergy within the organization.
