Alan Brown

Alan Brown is a professional with a background in public policy and management, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy Management from Robert Gordon University.

With extensive experience in the humanitarian sector, Alan has held key positions at the World Food Programme including Head of Technical Partnerships in the Private Partnerships and Fundraising Division, Head of External Relations, Regional Head of Government and Private Sector Partnerships, and Head of Private Partnerships for the UK.

Prior to his roles at the World Food Programme, Alan worked as a Donor and Private Sector Relations Officer at the United Nations World Food Programme.

Before his humanitarian work, Alan gained experience in sales and trading, having worked as a Salesman at Superbrands and as a Senior Dealer at Stocktrade.
