Melissa Robason is a highly skilled Music Librarian, specializing in the opera genre. She attended Texas Christian University, where she studied Music and English for her Bachelor of Arts degree. With years of experience in the field, Melissa has served on many committees, including the MOLA/MLA/Music Publishers Tripartite Committee, MOLA/Music Publishers Joint Committee, and has even contributed to the "Marcato" MOLA newsletter. Currently employed at the METROPOLITAN OPERA, Melissa prides herself on treating everyone with the utmost professionalism, always striving to produce the highest level of musicianship. Prior to her time at the Met, she's also worked as the Assistant Orchestra Librarian and Orchestra Library Assistant for the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, as well as the Head Librarian and Orchestra Librarian for the Aspen Music Festival and School.
