Dean Maguire, a seasoned electrical engineer, now holds the position of Section Executive of the Queensland water group at WSP in Australia and New Zealand. Having spent years working in the water industry, Dean's experience encompasses the full project delivery cycle, from concept to commissioning. Overseeing a team of 55 engineers, planners, and drafters, Dean takes pride in meeting the challenges of providing senior-level leadership in engineering. Throughout his career, Dean has worked for some of the prominent players in the industry and has gained skill in SCADA and telemetry, motor control centers, control systems, water, and waste water projects.

Dean has a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern Queensland. In addition to his professional endeavors, Dean has worked as a Director at Blue Room Cinebar. He is a person driven by his passion for delivering outstanding work and providing direction and guidance to his team.
